Went in for a walk in appointment with Angela. They seated me right away and were so kind. I wasn't totally sure what I wanted and she gave me a lot of great suggestions about what would look best. Probably took off about a foot of hair and I couldn't have been happier with the results. My hair is not easy to work with since it is thick, curly and frizzy. 10/10 would recommend Angie to any curly hair girlys!

I got my hair washed and silk pressed here by Lachers herself—top quality products and techniques. I had challenging unevenness that she corrected without taking too much length off! The cut looked great with my hair silk pressed and has a gorgeous shape now that my hair has reverted back to coily. Great hair advice and service, highly recommend to black and mixed women in the area looking for a stylist with both old school and new school knowledge and a priority on hair health.

Fabulous cut! Lachers is amazing! She's a true master at her craft for two reasons: she's highly skilled but she wants to learn and do more! I'm obsessed with my most recent cut...OBSESSED! I have a short relaxed cut that lays & slays. I haven't had to spend more than 60 seconds a day on it in the last 4 days. I love it and it's a great cut so it's super versatile. Lachers is more than a hairdresser/stylist- she has beautiful energy and she channels that into your hair.

Jenni was my stylist. I had been to a number of "tony" salons in the area for color, but not until Jenni at Lachers REALLY listened to what I was looking for, and spent time speaking with me, and then explaining exactly what she was planning to do to get the effect I desired, did I feel so happy with my color! She was just fantastic and I will definely return to Lachers, and Jenni, for my future hair color appointments.

There’s a clear commitment to customer satisfaction here. It’s obvious that Lachers takes pride in making sure every person leaves happy and confident with their look. The vibe is friendly, the space is comfortable, and the whole experience feels intentional—from the way you're greeted to the quality of the service. I had a haircut from Jenni Munoz, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I asked for long layers, and not only did she deliver exactly what I wanted, but she also gave me one of the best blow-dry and flat iron finishes I’ve ever had. My hair looked sleek, healthy, and perfectly styled—not an easy feat with my texture! Jenni is incredibly friendly, meticulous, and clearly knowledgeable about what she does. She took her time, paid close attention to every detail, and made sure I was happy at every step. She’s also patient—never rushed the process—and it really shows in the final result. If you’re looking for someone who knows their craft and genuinely cares about getting it right, Jenni is it. I would absolutely recommend her—5 out of 5 without hesitation.

Perhaps the best salon experience I've ever had. I really didn't know what to expect. All I knew was that my best friend had seen Lachers and came back with the best haircut and styling ever. I don't have thick full hair like my friend and was hoping Lachers could do something with my fine, thin, curly (okay, frizzy) hair and she worked a miracle. I LOVED my cut and what made the experience extra-stellar was Lachers, herself. She is such a lovely, caring, and authentic soul! She truly cares about her clients - her new friends - and it shows. No more (salon) searching for me.

I’ve struggled to find someone good in the area for extensions, but Lachers did an amazing job with them! They’ve never felt or looked so good. Will be going back. Highly recommend😊

Since moving to CT (Jan 2021) this was the first salon in the state I’ve stepped foot into for services for my daughters natural hair and trust me it will not be the last. As long as Lacher is in business and we’re in CT she has a routine customer. From the entrance to our departure she was very welcoming, hospitable and professional, to say the least she understood the assignment. Usually I’m over bearing when it comes to my daughters hair to make sure it’s done right. This time I was able to relax because I could feel she was in good hands. She used excellent products on my daughters hair and the pricing was just right. She even advised on products to use moving forward and assessed my daughters hair and scalp for any damage. I live in Danbury and when I’ve found a gem distance is non-negotiable for me. I’m glad that our first hair care experience was superb. If you’re in the area, near the area or new to the state looking for good natural hair care, I’d suggest you look no further.

First time to the salon and Jenni was absolutely amazing. We spoke about changing up my style and did some bangs. She asked all the right questions and offered suggestions when I was indecisive. My hair came out exactly how I wanted and the compliments have been pouring in all week. Everyone loves it 🫶🏼. Will definitely be back.
